CoolPay Compensation Plan Guide
1. Associate Compensation -
Associate Compensation is based upon distribution of $1500 from each sale, shared up the organizational leg from the point of sale.

MAGIC = *Make A Grand In Cash. Begins as a Senior Associate on each software sale.
Override is a commission payment to a qualified upline from the sale of a CoolTraderPro software. An override can be paid to one or more upline up to a maximum of $500/sale. Overrides are paid to the qualified upline who is one level or more above the rank of the person making the sale. By example if a Presidential Director makes a sale all $1500 is paid to the PD and there are no overrides.
2. $250 "Cool Train" Bonus - Training Sales
A new Associate's first two sales are considered Training Sales.
First Upline Associate will receive a $250 "Cool Train" Bonus plus any override, however an upline Associate without personal software purchase receives a $125 Cool Train Bonus plus any override.
Trainee (new Associate) will receive promotion credit for a full sale.
3. $250 "Cool Code" Bonus
Cool Code Qualified
A "Cool Code" Bonus from every new Associate's Training Sales is paid upline to the first "Cool Code Qualified" Associate.
The "Cool Code" bonus is coded to be paid to unlimited depth.
To Qualify for the "Cool Code" Bonus, become a "Cool Code Qualified" Associate by helping 2 personally sponsored Associates achieve the level of Sr. Associate. This then qualifies you to earn the "Cool Code" bonus on all future Training Sales from all of your other personally sponsored Associates, plus their first two Training Sales, and their first two, and their first two, etc., to unlimited depth.

4. Qualified Presidential Director Generation Bonus
Qualified Presidential Director Compensation is based upon distribution of $300 from each sale, shared amongst Qualified Presidential Directors.
There are 3 unique ways to maintain qualification as a Presidential Director:
1) A Qualified Presidential Director must have either 24 Base Group sales per month including personals
2) or a minimum of 3 *Presidential Director legs generating a total of 75 sales in a calendar month
3) or 12 base group sales and 3 Presidential Director legs generating a total of 45 sales in a calendar month.
*A Presidential Director Leg is a leg with at least one Presidential Director on any level in depth.
Note: No more than 40% of sales can be counted from any one Presidential Director Leg.
A newly qualified Presidential Director is paid at the Presidential Director level for a minimum of 60 days.
All qualifications must be achieved in previous month.

5. Fast Start Promotion to Director Opportunity
Rather than completing the required 5 qualifying sales, a new Associate just joining Cool Trader Pro can be promoted to Director if he or she makes:
3 completed and submitted sales within 30 days of enrolling as an Associate.
6. Fast Start Promotion to Presidential Director
An Associate can be promoted to Presidential Director if there are a total of 35 group sales, including 12 personal sales, in 90-days upon entering the business or has 3 legs with 70 group sales in 90 days from entering the business with no more than 40 percent of sales coming from one leg.

Sale:
Either retail or wholesale distribution of the company's proprietary "Cool Trader Pro" software Training Sale:
The 1st two sales made by a new Associate in order to reach the Sr. Associate title. *An Associate without their own purchase needs 3 training sales to reach Sr. Associate.
Associate:
A person or entity that has completed the necessary enrollment form & submitted to "Cool Trader Pro"
Active Associate:
An active Associate must maintain the monthly website fee of $29.95.
Customer:
A person or entity who is purchasing the CoolTraderPro software for private use and is not intending to earn commissions, maintain a monthly marketing website or receive remuneration for referrals or software sales.
Personally Sponsored Associate:
An Associate that was recruited with your effort and enrolled using your unique Associate ID#
"Cool Code Qualified" Associate
An Associate who has helped two (2) of his/her personally sponsored Associates attain the level of Senior Associate.
Base Group Sale:
All sales made under your unique Associate ID excluding personal sales but not including Presidential Directors and their groups
Cool Train Bonus:
A bonus paid to an Associate who has achieved the level of Sr. Associate. *see comp plan for details*
Cool Code Bonus:
A bonus paid to an associate that has become "Cool Code Qualified". *see comp plan for details*
Qualified Presidential Director:
A Presidential Director that has completed the necessary additional steps to maintain the "Qualified Presidential Director status."
Override:
A commission payment earned by one or more qualified upline on the sale of a CoolTraderPro software.
